The QLAC app can't find the sensor via Bluetooth.

Check Bluetooth, location, and the app permissions. This quick guide helps resolve the most common sensor detection issues.

If the QLAC app can't find your sensor, first check Bluetooth, location, and the app permissions.

Quick Troubleshooting

  1. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone's settings.
  2. Turn on Location Services.
  3. Make sure the QLAC app has permission to access Bluetooth and your location.
  4. Close the app and reopen it.

Why might location be required?

Depending on your operating system version, scanning for Bluetooth devices may require location permission. Without this permission, the sensor may not appear in the list of available devices.

If you previously denied access

Open your phone's system settings, find the QLAC app, and grant the required permissions. Then reopen the app.

Still having the issue?

Please provide your phone model, operating system version, and a screenshot of the device list in the app. This will help our support team identify the cause more quickly.
