If the app won't accept your sign-in details, follow the steps below. In most cases, the issue is caused by an unverified account, no internet connection, or an incorrectly entered email address.<\/p>\n

1. Check that your email address has been verified<\/h2>\n

After creating your account, open the verification email and confirm your email address. If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.<\/p>\n

2. Check your internet connection<\/h2>\n

Signing in requires an active internet connection. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data.<\/p>\n

3. Re-enter your email address<\/h2>\n

Your phone's autofill may add an invisible space at the end of your email address. Delete the entire address and enter it again manually, making sure there are no spaces before or after the address.<\/p>\n

If the problem persists<\/h2>\n
